A record that can be used
Meeting minutes often leave decisions and tasks inside prose. Tremvo treats them as records with owners, dates and outcomes, created while the meeting is happening. The interface needed to support that structure without making the conversation feel like form-filling.
The approach
An adaptable meeting room
The room is a canvas of modules for the table, agenda, notes, documents, decisions and actions. Modules can collapse, expand, move or take focus, allowing the workspace to suit different kinds of meeting.

Visibility by module
Notes, actions and documents have separate visibility controls. This lets a team share an agreed decision while keeping working material private.
Structure while writing
The writing model uses a shared field with the type selected before or after entry. The intent is to let people write naturally and add structure as they go.
