Product design consultant

Field

Recruitment · Product design

Scope

UX design · UI design · Brand identity · Mobile app · Web app

The challenge

Swivel is a recruitment product. Job posts, the people who apply, their applications and the interviews that follow all belong to the same process, and the product had to hold them in one place.

The approach

I came in as a design consultant and worked on both halves at once: the visual identity, and the interfaces for web and mobile.

The experience

The dashboard leads with what a recruiter opens it for: the roles that are open, and the interviews coming up. Candidates, applications and the rest of the pipeline sit one move away.
